As you can see from the photo my cabin filter was DISGUSTING! I would normally order from the dealership however I decided to give this one a try. It fits perfectly and has changed the quality of air in my car. I recently purchased the rogue (used) and was advised to change it. Very glad I did. Sturdy material that went in with ease.

This cabin air filter appears to work like any normal cabin air filter. It has the black carbon on it to help absorb odors, and the size and shape is typical.

As a middle-aged woman it can be daunting trying to do things on your own some days. However, with a tight budget these days I must often learn how to do things in my own including car care. This is one of the easiest filters that anyone with an owners manual or access to YouTube can do on your own. Yes, your in cabin filter needs to be changed regularly and this filter does the job. Highly recommend buying this filter as part of your routine car maintenance.

An exact match for my 2017 Nissan Rogue but lemme tell you – installing was a bear! Not CARORY’s fault at all – it’s a Nissan design flaw. You have to get on your back on the passenger side floor to remove the old and put in the new. The old one is as impossible to get out, as much as the new one is impossible to get in. It’s just a super tight space, and the compartment is smaller than the filter. Again, NOT CARORY’s issue – it’s a Nissan issue. So know that it’s not just a s simply swap-out. It took me about half an hour for something so simple. Oh, and DON’T sit in your car when you first turn the blower on – you’ll get all kinds of dust in your eyes and nose like I did. Try to turn the blowers on full while you’re not in a seat and let it run for a few minutes for the lines to clear and the filter to do its job. Again, not a CARORY filter issue – you just have to clear the line before the filter can start doing its job.

This air filter fits my 2019 Nissan Rogue as well as the original.
The filter is located behind the console and is accessed from the passenger side under the glove compartment.
While it is a pain to install, this is not this product’s fault but rather a design flaw on Nissan’s part. It took me about 10 minutes to change due to the difficulty in re-installing the filter. When installing it, insert the top corner first and push the bottom corner up and in. The filter will need to be slightly collapsed to fit through the opening. The filter will require alternating working the top and bottom in until the filter is completely inserted. When it is finally in, the bottom edge will sort of click into place.
As I just installed it, I can’t comment on the quality of the filtration. I will update the review if the quality is not up to par.
