I ordered this polisher and it’s the best polisher I have and I have several, this polisher is powerful, and made solid I’m a detailer and I won’t pay high prices for a name. I will put it up against any more expensive DA on the market because technique trumps product I want another one I like it that much.

Bought this to polish my granite counter top and it worked great until it didn’t. Used with diamond pads to smooth some rough spots and then applied polish. Area was about 12 SQ feet. Machine is heavy though the handles are well placed and help with stability but I had to use in shorter sessions due to arthritic hands. Machine is loud when the speed is ramped up. I used the machine about 3-4 hours total and it just stopped. Thought maybe it flipped the circuit in the plug but still did not work after attempting a reset to outlet and plugging into another working outlet. The “instruction” that came with the machine were pretty useless. The Brand name was not even printed on the instruction sheet. There were basic safety instructions, a list of the parts and a blownout diagram which was useless to me. There were no instructions about which pads used for what and no troubleshooting instructions so had to figure it out and hope nothing flew off! Tried to look up the company and am unable to find any contact information for Aplman. This item is not available on Amazon now and not sure if it will be back. Just bought it at the beginning of April.

This product is good for the price compared to most other ones when you turn it on it doesn’t vibrate as much and it’s smooth and easy to handle

Received, briefly used three times and stopped working. Checked brushes, blew out commentator, will not work. This item is nothing but junk. I feel pissed and ripped off. Purchase only if you want to feel like a fool. SMH!

This is the best buffer I have ever seen. Variable control is located at your thumb. The variable speed is absolute – there are no steps. You can adjust the speed to anything you want it to be. The buffer is powerful – does not slow down when under load. The 5/8″ attachment is the best. You can’t buy a better buffer.

I needed to polish a stone fireplace surround and thought this would be the right fit. It was reasonably priced and seemed like it would be easy to use. I received it quickly. It didn’t come with instructions per se. I was able to figure out the obvious parts, although missing some washers. There were 2 small parts I had no idea where they would go. The paper it came with had significant warnings, similar to, “Always wear a hard hat, wear work shoes with rubber soles that are grounded, electric shock this, electric shock that!” It mentioned about keeping it in the “off” position before plugging in, however there were no indicators on any of the buttons to show what position was off or on. Heck, it wasn’t even made clear what buttons were what. Sent it back, maybe because the lack of instructions and my fear for getting an electric shock as soon as I would plug it in.
