Absolute garbage!!! Don’t waste your money. I have already had 2 of these units break. First one lasted about 3 months second lasted just over a year. Considering the vehicle has had less than 2000 miles added during this timeframe it should have lasted much much longer. I can literally count on one hand how many times the window was even used. I expressed concerns to the seller about the quality of the product seeing as this would be the third time I would be purchasing this item in less than 18 months. They replied back saying “We are sorry to hear about this, the part is out of warranty. Let us know how we may assist in the future”

I purchased this product back on Dec 2019. I have left a message for the company to call me about their warranty. This product in only 7 months old. You would think that it would last longer. went outside this morning and noticed my window was down. took the door apart and noticed that this product was defected. It has a lot of plastic parts that were broke off and would not stay on track. I hope the company stands behind there products and sends me a new one.
Lets hope.
