Orig Problem 3.27.20—2004 Dodge ram 1500 2wd dash Guage clusters( tach, Speedometer, oil, ect) not working, abs, brake, eng light all on. Replaced rear diff sensor with this Boxi Wheel Speed sensor and cluster gauges started working again, however abs and brake light returns. its worth noting that I did see a lot of metallic sludge on old sensor. As some have suggested, a complete fluid rear diff cleaning and gear oil change may be needed as well. Apparently Dodge is notorious for some inferior parts in rear diff that breakdown and cause this. This part was very difficult to reinstall without compromising the o ring integrity. after several attempts and seeing new o ring start to sheer, decided to reuse old o ring and see what happens. went in like a charm. Another fact: old part ohmed out at 1.6 ohms and new part ohmed out at 1.8 ohms. A bad part is supposed to be open or Zero. the magnetic pull was weaker on old part than new. Will up date when we figure out the rest of the problem.

It was exactly what I needed to fix my cars problem!!!

Part was a perfect fit and solved the problem with my speedometer not working and and my abs light. The pigtail is on the right side of this as opposed to be on the left side OE, they did provide the new pigtail to connect to factory harness.

The speed sensor connector plug will not fit the original plug. Must cutoff the original OEM connector and splice new sensor to electrical leads. OHMS on new sensor should be between 17K – 21K. This one was 15.5K ohms.
