Only took a few minutes to install and the trunk of my car was working like normal. 2006 Impala.
Benjamin J. Baughman –
Good price, very easy to install and work great.
Confident customer –
These fit my care perfectly and was a breeze to install. I particularly liked the fitting tool on the website. Enter your make year and model and bingo, her is the part that will fit your car – brilliant!
Lucky Louie –
I recently bought a pair of trunk pistons for my car and I’m so happy that Amazon makes sure the car parts do fit my vehicle before purchasing to avoid returns.
Ron –
These lift supports are supposed to fit the trunk lid on a 2013 Chevrolet Impala. However, they are almost an inch longer than the original, making it difficult to install.
Michael Pool –
Only giving four stars instead of five because it doesn’t work like OEM parts, but that was expected. When I popped the trunk, I still have to physically lift the trunk. It doesn’t do it automatically like my old parts did. But these new parts as soon as you lift the trunk lid a little bit, it flies open and doesn’t smash my head or my fingers coming down like it did before I got the parts replaced. Definitely worth the $20 I spent for it.
Bob B –
No issues at all. The struts fit the trunk lid of my 2009 Impala perfectly
William M. –
Both trunk supports failed at the car body connection points. (cracked) within 3 months of installing on my 2008 Chevy Impala. I do not recommend these. They are poor Quality. Have since installed OEM trunk supports.
