As good as if not better than original filter. This was easy to install in my 2007 VW EOS. It does a great job of keeping the air in the car clean, fresh, and dust free. The carbon does a great job of helping to eliminate outside odors from entering the cabin. The fit is perfect. I will continue to purchase this filter as needed. The filter should be changed every 6-12 months depending on how dirty of an environment you are in.

I ordered a filter in this size from every manufacturer on Amazon and this is the one I liked the best. The others were flimsy and thin. This one seems to have a more stable structure and keeps my cabin air filtered!

Seems to be better quality than the OEM one that was in my newly acquired 2012 Passat. A little bit of a struggle to install since it is heavier and more rigid – doesn’t bend like the OEM one and you have to push it hard straight up all the way into its housing. AS another reviewer noted, this is actually good since it is more likely to filter air properly. It did get rid of the musty smell in the Passat (the OEM filter had a lot of small leaves and debris in it). At this price this filter is a good value.

Fits good in my 07 VW Rabbit. I used to have a funky smelling filter. This didn’t totally fix the smell but it is a little better. Not sure how effective the carbon activation is….. 2 months later the smell has returned. The smell is from somewhere else in my air system so i’m not blaming the filter, but it’s carbon activation isn’t some sorta cure-all.

Somehow Amazon showed this item doesn’t fit on vw Jetta mk6 2012.
So I checked on Bosch’s website to make sure. It showed this fit on it.
Yes, it is fit on VW Jetta mk6 2012. Like others mentioned, it’s a very tight fit.
But I think it’s better to be tight, so there is no space for anything to go through without filter.
I though about buying a K&N cabin air filter, since it’s washable, but it’s cost around $50.
This item is only $12. Cabin air filter needs to be changed every 2 years or 40,000 miles I think(I can’t remember exact date),
so this will be cheaper, except if you change the filter every year or often.
I recommend this item, it’s way cheaper than OEM and it will just take 10 min or less to change it.
