I purchased these Bosch Disc Brake Rotors and Bosch matching brake pads (BOSCH BC1521 QuietCast Premium Ceramic Disc Brake Pad Set) and they are perfect on the family’s Odyssey. After driving about 6,000 miles, I can confirm without any doubt that these are much superior than the OEM rotors and pads. Absolutely ZERO noise or vibration. Smooth braking and still looks clean as new. I am very pleased with these purchases. Plus the complete parts and installation was much cheaper than at the dealership. GREAT win all around!

I was hoping Bosch would be good quality and long-lasting. However, even after properly installing them, they began to squeal, braking or not, after only a few months. They’re clean, and have been this whole time, but out of nowhere they just started to get noisy. It is the worst in reverse, but it can be heard moving forward too.

We had a recurring problem with at least one of the front rotors warping slightly as time went on. Turning it down brings relief for a few thousand miles, but then shaking returns when breaking from high speed.
The dealership recommended to replace brake pads and turn down to rotor again, but for a fraction of the cost, this gave me new rotors (and brake pads) instead.
Replacement of the discs in a 2013 Odyssey is a whole lot easier than I anticipated. Simply jack up the car, remove the wheel, then the brakes and an innocent looking screw in the rotor. A tap on the old disc should loosen it up enough and then it simply slides off. (The axle nut die not need to be removed!)
It should be emphasized that the rotors simply fit. There is no need (or possibly) for any adjustment. There is also no puller or other specialty tool necessary.

Update: about a year now, the rotors start to vibrate again. With about 25k miles on this rotors, not sure what why but i’m not going to have it recut. I will just replace it again. Maybe because of the car design issue not the rotor, but I can tell you that I am myself replace it rotor every 25-30k. 2014 Odyssey XLE, sad.
This is not a budget rotor but it work better then the OEM rotor from Honda. Install it in my 2014 Odyssey EXL and the driving experience is day and night. It so smooth and the only vibration i feel was from the engine itself. Break in reasonable quick, but it would be better if you get Akebono. Since my Break pad still good i didn’t change it yet, but if yours is old you should change it all together at once. I do it myself so I don’t worry about paying some one to do it for me.
