Drive on ramps (front), remove oil filter and take bottom underbody guards off. Remove old sensor, install this one. Its Bosch OE perfect quality, works great. Reuse the bolt from old sensor.
To remove the electric plug use flat head on connector tab and pull away from connector side. That will release the connector lock and allow easy removal. New connector will snap in by pushing simply back together. Can be changed in an hour. You will need torx drivers. Total job takes an hour and can easily be done by the novice.
Great sensor, Original part.

Had interior intermittent stalling issues in my Audi A4 B7. Car would occasionally stall at low speeds, most often after backing up the car and switching into drive. After replacing a bunch of other sensors that did not fix it, this one finally did. Fit perfectly.

I ordered a crank sensor for my Audi B7 it was supposed to be New, but turned out it was a old
One that someone returned, I contacted Amazon they sent me a new one ASAP, the new one is a perfect match right down to the part number on the sensor.
Works perfectly 👍👍👍
Thank you 🙏🙏🙏

Check with the Bosch website to see if it fits your vehicle as the Amazon compatibility is not correct. It is identical physically to the OEM part (didn’t check the parts number) and it worked perfectly once I replaced the bad OEM. Value for money this is significantly cheaper than anywhere else I found. Happy with the purchase and the installation wasn’t too difficult, just time consuming. It was in a tight position for me and I ended up snapping my dip stick tube (due to old age) but Amazon also had that part at a very reasonable price. Quick weekend job. Thanks.

Had a generic crankshaft position/speed sensor installed by previous owner causing stalling issues on hot days.
Replaced it with this Bosch sensor, working great so far. The replacement process was extremely painful, because the generic sensor’s seal was way too tight for the insert hole. I had to yank it out using a pair of pliers and most of my body weight to get it to literally pop out like a cork off a bottle!
New sensor fit in very easily, I can tell that replacing this in the future is going to be much easier, as removing it and putting it back in a few times with the Bosch sensor took very little effort!

Bought to fix code P0321 which was causing intermitten stalling issues. Easy install, code seems to be gone, will hopefully be the solution.
Heard of counterfit Bosch parts being delivered through Amazon but this appears to be the real deal, as far as I can tell!

Engine light was on. Codes were pointing towards this sensor. Engine light went out immediately after I replaced the sensor. Been around 2 weeks. Running great. 2002 Jetta 2.0.
