The cover on my RV a/c unit was cracked. I used this fiberglass kit to repair it and it worked great. The instructions that came with the kit were easy to follow and worked great. The fiberglass cloth that comes with the kit was way more than needed but easy to cut to size. Saved hundreds by fixing rather than repairing.

I had used this resin product for my aftermarket bumpers. This product works great at patching any sort of holes, even small pin sized holes. One takeaway from this product is how well it works when a considerate amount of stress is applied. Since my aftermarket bumper doesn’t quite fit with the contours of my car, I had to apply a considerate amount of pressure so that it would fit. Unfortunately, the stress applied was too much on my bumper and it cracked near the headlight area. But I used the resin to repair and fix those cracks. However, I coated the area 3 times so that it hold more strength and won’t crack at that stress point, which it didn’t. One thing that I didn’t like about the product is how messy it is to use the product. Not only the resin, but cutting up the mesh cloth that was included in the box. Overall, this product works great for my intended purpose and I’m happy with the results.

The plastic handle on our ancient upright vacuum broke. I used superglue to cement the two ends together, however a cemented butt joint is not very strong, so I used this kit to create a tight, strong cast around the handle and it is working fine.
Working time is just right: plenty of time to mix, spread, dab the up side of the fabric, and squeegee the resin/cloth flat before it starts to set, and easy to add a second layer before it is fully set.
The only nit pick is that it’s a little difficult to determine how much resin you’ve used because the bottle is opaque and there is no measuring cup. Evidently that measurement doesn’t seem to be critical.

Worked as described. Be sure to measure correctly.

the kit is an excellent value and works as advertised. The resin is easy to mix and apply, and it adheres well to various surfaces. However, you’ll still need some basic skills to achieve a smooth, professional finish. Properly grinding the surface before application and painting afterward.
