It could just be this one was defective but the problem is definitely in the resistor. It worked at first then switches on and off like there is a short in the resistor itself.

This part replaced original part made by Bosh and installing it took me 1 hour maximum. It works perfectly, and just as good as original Now we have a cold A/C again.. The blower was not kicking on and blower motor was previously replaced 6 months Ago. Lesson learned if you are installing a new blower also replace the regulator/ resistor (this part) as well. Thank you
