I love twist loop towels for drying cars after a wash. They actually absorb the water. I can do my whole car with this towel. I could probably do 2 cars.

This is a great towel! I really take pride in cleaning my car, so I have a lot of tools I use when I wash my car. Inevitably the most important part of watching your car is drying it. Nobody likes water spots or streaks. I was using a little shammy, which worked OK, but had to keep ringing it out all the time. When I receive this towel, I was very pleased by the fact of the size. Is a good size towel, but not too big. Usually I do my windows first and then go back and do the rest of the car. I did that this time and was amazed by how well this towel was able to dry my whole car without any streaking or water spots. I have a Hyundai Tucson, which is a nice size SUV, and this towel worked great on that. I was even able to go over the spots. I missed on my windows and the towel worked marvelously. I highly recommend this towel.

About the same as other car drying towels. It really sucks up the water well and streak free. Did two midsized cars before it got too water logged. Takes forever to try, longer than overnight hanging on hanger. Really need a fan or cool tumble dry , micro fibers tend to get damaged at about 140f so keep the heat down or off if using a dryer.

When washing, this towel did not bleed. In the past I had some black towels of another brand bleed turning some yelle towels green. Happy that this one did not bleed. If washing in washer, these towels get super heavy, make sure to have lots of other towels with it or the spin cycle will beat up your washer.

Im happy with this towel. Its in the rotation.

This towel is great for drying your car. It’s highly absorbent and shouldn’t scratch your car. That said, it is not as soft as I thought it would be. Perhaps it will soften up with additional washings in the washer machine. It’s not rough and doesn’t feel cheap or anything… it just seemed with the price it would have been softer. It also is overpriced and should sell for about half of it’s current cost.

I got the detailing bug several years ago. I have been fortunate enough to be able to try almost all of the detailing products out there. Out of all my drying towels, I have two types that I really like. The two I like are the dreadnaught and the full twisted loop design just like this towel. This towel is a full twisted loop style on both sides. You can get the cheaper towels that claim to be twisted loop, but they are only surfaced on one side. This towel is thick enough to handle drying 1 vehicle. I usually spritz a couple sprays of a rinseless to pre-moisten the towel. If you don’t pre-moisten it, you will end up pushing water for the first couple of passes with the towel. I start by draping this towel across a larger area and then dragging. I will do this for most horizontal flat areas. Then I start folding the towel into a more manageable sized portion and use it to finish up the horizontal areas and start on the sides, bumpers, etc. I use an air dryer for my wheels and tires. The towel works well on all the painted surfaces and glass. I will usually treat the glass again after I’m done with the car. Sometimes, when I’m done drying the exterior, I’ll use the same drying towel that is now moist to quickly go over the interior surfaces of the vehicle if they are not too dirty. If you use regular detergent to wash this towel, it will start to not pick up water as well. I have been using a microfiber wash detergent designed just for microfiber towels and the towel has kept its softness and drying consistency. Also, if you are going to use a clothes dryer, make sure it’s set on cool or very low heat when drying. Anything higher and you will end up basically cooking some of the fibers on the towel. Again, making it lose some drying capability. Overall, I like the towel. The price is reasonable, and it has lasted multiple washes in a washing machine with no ill effects. I will update my review should anything change.

This towel can absorb and dry much more than it lets on, which is a good problem to have. It is truly a high-performance towel and the only gripe I have with it is that it retains a little TOO much water and sometimes needs multiple passes in the dryer to dry properly. I once tried to wring it out by hand and as a word of advice – it’s much better to use the dryer. Great, soft towel!

Not much to say about this towel except that it is great! The blend is good so that it doesn’t scratch up your car. It can hold a good amount of water because it is a thick towel. It is a little expensive for the towel, but the quality is high. There are some other options that are a little bit cheaper. This towel is 30% polyamide, which is what you want for a car towel. The higher the better, but at minimum you should get 30%. 20% isn’t enough and will scratch your car. The towel is okay in size. I would want it to be bigger. Overall, I do recommend this towel for the quality, but the price is a little high for a towel this size.

After testing this out on a small SUV this evening that was covered in water following a rainshower, I can say it does a very good job of drying without leaving streaks. They did a really nice job of designing this towel so it has no edges or anything that could possibly scratch the surface of your vehicle, and the tag doubles as a hanging strap to allow the towel to dry out.

This towel is very thick, which accounts for its ability to hold a lot of water. But I did notice that once it starts to become saturated, it still removes major water droplets but does leak some streaks of water. This is to be expected of course, but I don’t quite agree with the claim that you can dry an entire car with the one towel. This definitely depends on how much water is still sitting on the vehicle when you start drying. In my case, I actually had to move to a second towel to finish the job.

With that said, I still feel this is one of the best drying towels I have ever used, and I have been drying cars after hand-washing for almost 40 years. It’s definitely a 5-star product, but one that comes with a fairly hefty price tag. Given the fact that I suspect it will last for years, this is likely money well spent.
