- Installation method:Disassemble the connecting rod, and insert the bearings in the grooves. place the small end of the connecting rod, in a vise so it can hold the crank while you are torquing the bolts. Put the crank journal on the long half of the connecting rod, place the other half of the arc connecting rod over the top of the crank journal. Oil the connecting rod bolts. Torque specs indicate 150 inch/pounds. Start by hand tightening the bolts, use an inch pound torque wrench with a 1/4″ 12 point socket,then switch between bolts every 20 inch pounds until they stretch and top out at 150inch pounds.
- Rod bolt torque: 150 Inch/lbs

I was very apprehensive about this part but I am extremely pleased with it. It requires a little clearancing but it was relatively easily done. Engine runs great with it and I will definitely buy another on my next build.

Part should have some better packaging,(package was beat up and torn and it had a few small nicks and dings in it) but other than that it sized up almost exactly with the stock connecting bearing size rod on my coleman b200r 196cc engine. Make sure you follow the directions for it though. I had just installed it and had the engine running. Need to do some tuning on the aftermarket carb though to get it running right and I feel much safer having a better connecting rod over the stock one in the little engine, not a bad price to save a few bucks

Fit perfect in my factory MB200 196cc engine. No issues so far, put about 10 hours on it since I put this rod in. Way less glitter in the oil when I change it too. ðŸ‘
