Michael –
This oil cooler adapter leaks in multiple locations. I had to replace the inner o-ring with a slightly thicker o-ring (Fluorine Rubber O-Rings, 81mm OD 76.2mm ID 2.4mm Width). This replace solves the inner oring leaks. The other 2 would be the sensor ports on top of the unit. Maybe some rtv or plumbers tape would fix it. Besides all that, this adapter is great.
