I installed new spouts,which did not leak!
And installed vents which worked well. But the cap were too small and threads did not match.

I had two plastic gas cans that their spout was leaking like crazy. I bought new rubber gaskets and it still didn’t work. Now, it’s like having new cans. No leaks and now I have a vent for easier pouring.

I needed some cans that could refuel my vehicle. Useful gas cans are no longer sold.
Someone believes gas cans with impossible to use spouts are better than taking the spout off and using a funnel.
Cheap Chinese stuff to the rescue. See the after picture. A nice long spout and a vent. Both with tight sealing caps.
Now I can tip the can with the spout in the car’s filler neck pop the vent open and drain the entire can without spilling a drop and without standing the can on end and trying to trip the magical spout trigger.
I ordered it came works great will come back –

Not much to say. It works well. The caps fit and don’t leak, the vents make life easier.
