I had one coil intermittently cutting out but running smoothly a lot of the time. After installing this set the engine sounded smoother at idle and instantaneous mpg improved so I’m very satisfied with the performance of these coils.

The one I used fixed my “4th cylinder not firing” error. Easy to install. These coild fail often, this is my second (first was fixed with a”left over” from a Volvo mechanic who helped me out – Volvo buys a set and only changes what is needed often). My car is a 2002 Volvo S60 with a 5-cynider engine.. I now have 4 spares for the next failure.
