The items original packing was damaged in the seller did state that, but however, it is not true fit for a 2004 Ford F150. Did return item with no issue on that end.

The regulator came in great condition, and I was easily able to replace it on my car. After installation I noticed the control works backwards (up/down is reversed). Looking into it, this is apparently common for after market regulators. I unfortunately don’t feel comfortable rewiring the harness or rotating the motor, but I’ll keep it since it works just fine.

I replaced both my window regulators. (2002, Ford E250 van) It was intimidating project but once you have done one the next is easy. I was going to leave a negative review. I had written it all up and went to hit submit. The motor was so slow raising the window! I had payed more hoping to get stronger motor. How disappointing. Then I thought what if it is my battery that is dragging the motor down. The van doesn’t get driven often. Charged the battery and windows work just like originals. Glad I didn’t hit submit the first time. Great regulator!! If I can change out anyone can, just watch videos and be patient. Took a whole day to change driver side out, but only about an hour to do passenger side. Both replaced the same way. Experience!!
