I installed this on my backup 24V 8000W inverter. It was easy to put in place. I have run it at about 4KW (about 170A). Functioned ok with no heat issues.

Gold, really? They super nice and impressive. But when you really scrutinize them, they are pretty junky. Also be warned, these are not for any high continuous use. Pictured is a 400 amp fuse being used at 250 amps. Note: the fuse did not blow.

A little bit difficult to assemble all of the components, and the 500 amp fuses are junk. Don’t trust them. Buy a 60 or 80 Amp, something you can actually use… And make sure you have proper 15, 30, or whatever on your amplifiers

I liked the fact I could get 3 fuses and the holder for the same price basically as the other with just the holder and a single fuse. I will be using this in my RV solar install and it will work out great. Simple design and quality parts.

Used this to install a fuse for my DC to DC charging system for my truck camper with Lithium batteries. Went in smooth and runs the system well but the cover is flimsy and had to be taped on with electrical tape to insure it wouldn’t blow off while on the road. -1 star for the cover.

Unfortunately hand to modify the cover for cable clearance. Otherwise, it works as ot should.
