The rear shocks were a snap. Old ones off, new ones on. The front struts are a little longer than stock, so I was unable to simply slide them in and bolt them on. I had to disconnect the upper control arm to make more room. Once I did that, they went in ok. Additionally, the springs have one more coil than stock ones do, making the gap in the spring too narrow to use the normal spring compressor you’d rent from Autozone. That may make for a stiffer ride. I don’t know yet.
Anyway, they’re on, and after settling, and a ride around the neighborhood, they seem to be at the correct ride height, and they are functioning properly. I will add to this post only if they prove to be of bad quality, but they are ok so far. 9/12/22.
