I really thought the noise in my wife’s MKC was due to the tires we had just replaced. I’ve experienced this before where the humming increased in frequency and amplitude with vehicle speed and it was tires. However, I didn’t see any weird wear pattern on the tires.
My next go to was the axle bearings.. For the price of these I thought I’d give’m a shot.
I was a skeptic but when I received these I was immediately impressed with the quality of the machining on these parts overall.( I’m an engineer by trade so have experience with quality vs not quality machining) The gloves that were included were a nice bonus but my hands got much dirtier than they would’ve prevented 😁.
I installed these and the vehicle is as quiet as it was when we bought it. Nice price on the bearings and labor on my part and the wife’s rolling in style again! I’m glad I took the chance on these!!
