Was needing a 2nd temp gauge and didn’t want the 3-wide versions a lot of folks use. This was a great solution and worked fine.

This one replaced one from about 3 years ago. The old one started erratic readings at times. This newer ones new bulb did not last very long. Get what you pay for i guess.

I had to use a adapter on this that it came with and the temp sending unit ended up snaping in half trying to put the adapter on it. I would recommend getting a different model or just going to your parts store. I know I got it at O-Rileys for 24.99 when it was 34.99 on Amazon. So yea.. Would not get this again.. Very poor product…

I have had this gauge for over a year now and it reads 10 to 20 degrees hotter than the engine actually is.

Great aftermarket temperature gauge. Easy to install. I did have a problem with the adapter because I was installing it on a 1975 vehicle. But I did find an adapter kit on Amazon that had one that worked. I doubt if your vehicle is newer you’ll have any problem. Works great.

Works as advertised, once I found the right thread adapter for the sensor. The light is a bit dim; I have the gauge located close to my left knee rather than high on the dash. More difficult to see at night, but workable.

If your alternator is inconsistent so will be the readout. If your using it where a battery will go dead then the readout will follow the battery voltage and decrease.

Bought this meter to replace another manufacturer’s meter that performed poorly. All components necessary to do the job, except hookup wire, are included and of good quality. Of course, if you need a special adapter for the temp. sensor other than the usuals, then you may have to get an additional adaptor. The meter is easy to read, night and day, and appears to be accurate. If the example I got is representative of the lot, then it is a good add-on temperature meter.
