Can be hassled with to be removed without a key, if one is patent enough.

There is no way to get this cap unto my vehicle. I bought 2 caps for 2 different vehicles. A ford and a nissan and only after the fact did I realized that both caps were identical and do not fit either of my vehicles.
In the middle of my personal unending nightmare I did not retry with consistent effort for a while and when I was very sure this was not a fit. I had past the return date. I am now stuck with 2 caps that does not work and I can no longer return.
