Fit like the original and works good on day one. Will update if issues occur.
Minor issue- the positive bolt plate surface was below the plastic instead of level like the OEM. Left the new nut in place to get the surface above the plastic and used the old nut to secure the positive cable.

Said it would fit a 2002 Acura MDX – it did not. B+ terminal was not clocked correctly to support wire harness. Had to disassemble old alternator shroud to remove the correct plastic housing for B+ and install in new alternator. You can see from pictures the new one is 90* off. Extra work that should not have been needed!
