Perfect fit for adding a grease hose on to some bearings

Hard to find adapter, item is exactly as advertised and perfect for what I needed it for.

I bought this Adapter to temporarily replace a Zerk fitting on a hinge that would not take grease without it leaking where the grease gun fits on the Zerk fitting. I screwed this Adapter into the hole after removing the Zerk fitting. Next, I screwed the flexible hose on my grease gun into this Adapter. Then I was able to apply maximum pressure to get grease into the hinge without having it leak out.

Purchased as requested by my boss for one of his hairbrained ideas. The part was good, his idea not so much. They were never used for the application. I’m sure they’ll sit on a shelf for years and years.
