This carrier bearing is garbage. After installation, the truck only made it 10 miles before the rubber insulator popped out and started making a horrendous grinding sound. The factory bearing lasted over 200K miles and the cheap replacement couldn’t survive a test drive. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Do yourself a favor and pony up the money for an OEM bearing because you’re going to have to buy one anyway once this one fails.

Fit perfectly for a 2000 Toyota Tacoma 4X4 V6 SR5. Lot better price than the OEM Toyota part.

This review is for DEA A6071 DEA A6071 Center Support Bearing. it is still holding up After i installed on my 2008 toyota tacoma for 2 months and 4000 miles. The one i had was made in ThaiLand with Japan bearing. nothing to complain about very happy with it. BUY it …!!!!
NIKKINIK –
Exact part I needed, arrived fast and at a great price!
The Fix It Guy –
Direct fit for 2001 Toyota Tundra. Original had over 170K miles, the rubber doughnut had deteriorated causing a vibration drone at hwy speeds. The Bearing appears OEM type, and the rubber is of good quality. You will need to remove/replace at least one universal joint for the Tundra model. There are plenty of posted yutube videos on how to do this. Level of difficulty in a scale one to ten, a five, with specialty tools (universal joint press and large puller, all available for rent at AutoZone). Two to three hours (2-3) job..

My boyfriend needed this part so badly. It came and he had a professional mechanic install it. The mechanic told him it was a cheap part from the get go. He installed it and it broke within 2 days.
