Inferior thin vinyl type rubber . OEM are tough thicker Rubber. Don`t fit my Dakota .

Went on easier, after I wrapped the tie rod end with a greased ziplock freezer bag.

I tried soaking it in hot water but the smaller diameter and just didn’t stretch enough so had to take time red off

Worked great on my 1998 Dodge Dakota. I found a YouTube on how to grease up a plastic bag and slide it over the bag and tie rod ends.

This product will work for right or left side on all 99-06 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra, 1500 2wd with coil springs.
Watch some how to video’s for sliding the boot over the outer tie rod end instead of removing the tie rod end.
