Perfect fit on a 2002 Honda Civic it’s a quality filter that I will buy again as needed. Typical AC DELCO quality! Sure maybe the original is a little better but it’s not an air purifier. It’s a filter to keep out the big stuff…. it fits excellent and looks to be of good quality. It’s what I expected when I ordered it. Don’t over think it just order it.

My CRV is 20 years old and i’m dealing with not being able to locate parts anymore. These filters aren’t nearly as heavy as what I’m used to but the price for the two pack is good and I will just have to be more careful to check them for replacement time.

This product listing is for two filters, and the 05 civic hybrid has two of these installed, so this is what it takes to service the cabin air filters. It’s a relatively easy swap-out. Take the stuff out of the glove box, and pry the plastic clips on either side inside the glove box towards the center of the box. The clips have a rubber sleeve that holds the box in the open position, and keeps it from hitting the floor. Once the clips are off, let the box go all the way down, exposing the cabin air filter cover. The cover is a white plastic “door” about 1-1/2″X6″ or so. There is a retaining clip built into it on the left side. I believe that is pinched in, and the door swings out to the right and slides off, exposing the filters to view. The filters are housed in thin white plastic carrier parts, with a white tab that is used to manipulate them into position.
The carrier parts look similar but I think there is a left and right side, like mirror image parts. There is foam tape on the outside, but regardless be careful to pay attention to which one is where. Pull the first one out, and then slide the second one to where the first one was, and pull that one out. Lots of bugs, straw, generic crap will probably be packed into the filters.
Carefully take the paper elements out and pitch them, and carefully put the new ones in. The carrier frames are thin brittle plastic so be careful. Don’t hammer fist these into place, they go right in with no interference.

Arrived in a week. I knew Delco would be reliable terms of quality and it is – just worried whether it would fit. Fits perfect. It wasn’t complicated installing it so I will not hesitate and will be more diligent about changing these filters out.

Highest quality at lowest price,,finest quality disposable..the airconditioner sounds different and forceful, I thought iwasn;t way overdue and 3 1/2 yrs. showed really overdue. I think 2 years would be the balanced perf. and econ. At this price I’ll buy another one as reserve, bec. 2 yrs. comes too fast. I’m glad AC delco and Amazon can team to sell at this low price. This should be considered necessary, Just buy it. Perfect fit. 2 filters for price of 1 and then discounted further. One of the reasons Amazon is tops, for deals such as this.

These are made in China, shipped 2 items in a big plastic bag marked AC Delco. The ends of the filters were crushed due to lack of protective packaging and it took some attention and work to get them placed into the filter carriers without leaving big gaps for dirt to bypass the filter. I will go with another brand next time. something packaged in a cardboard box to protect the filters during handling/shipment.

I really can’t say enough about how easy these were to replace. Perfect Fit. And they really did need replacing. Don’t let the dealer ship rip you off. Mine wanted $50.00 Dollars to replace mine in my 2006 Element. $25.00 for each filter. And $25.00 labor to install them.
Took me less longer to put all the stuff back in my glove box than it did to replace the filters !!!!
