This starter bolted right up on the 1998 Buick LeSabre I was working on with the 3.8 V6 engine. Turns the engine over a lot better than the one I replaced. The price was less than what you pay at the big box parts dealers. Just wondering how long it will last? So far so good.

for so long mold flourished on the box, packing and instructions. The non aluminum parts is this electrical motor are rusted and corroded. I wonder what the windings look like inside. Sent back, ordered another and it was worse. Refused it.

So this starter actually fits my 98 pontiac grand prix even though Amazon said it wouldn’t. I found this starter somewhere more expensive so I ordered it here after my original starter was starting to drag and killing my battery finally it died completely wouldn’t do anything.. Back on the road no issues installed myself
