This alternator is on my daughter car and gets to and from use from school and back. I bought the ACdelco for what I thought would be reliability but only after three months it is dead only putting out 11amps. Now I have to struggle with the maybe warranty.

I was having odd, intermittent electrical issues with the radio, DIC, power windows, dash warning lights, and radiator fan. Replaced the BCM with no improvement. Replaced the ignition wire harness with no improvement. Measured 15.2V to 15.7V from the original alternator. Maybe those electrical systems don’t like over-voltage. About 200 miles after replacing the alternator and issues haven’t reoccurred.

Great quality and amazing price. Same alternator was $179 at a local auto store and required a $50 core charge. Very easy repair just follow instructions about order of disconnecting battery and old alternator that came in box.
