I swapped this out on my 2006 Trailblazer 4.2L in under 10 minutes. Direct fit replacement. I’m hoping to gain some mpg back. I’ll update accordingly.
EDIT: I replaced this along with my fuel pump, vvt solenoid, and crankshaft position sensor and the truck runs very smooth now.
