While rebuilding my transfer case for my h3 hummer my pin broke on the original piece. Got the replacement and installed within a few days. Works great!!

While rebuilding the BW 4484 transfer case in my 03 H2, I goofed and managed to break off the pin. I was relieved to find this replacement! Change out with the original part was easy, (since I already had the Tcase out and had it apart). Just clamp the springs in a vise (I used a squeeze clamp) and as you slide out the old shaft, push a long 5/16 rod or long bolt through as a follower, to prevent any foul ups with the springs. As you push the replacement in, maintain contact with your follower, until youbare well past them, and voila! You are all set!
