I had previously bought a TYC fan on Amazon and I’m almost certain it was used out of the box!
This fan worked perfectly and is silent, which was my main reason for needing to replace it. I’ve uploaded two videos showing the TYC fan vs the A-NAFTULY fan, what a difference!
To change the fan, you need to remove the door sill trim, passenger kick panel trim, then use various extensions attached to either a 7/32″ or 5.5mm socket. There are only three of these small screws to remove. One is near the rear (rear of vehicle), one behind the cooling shroud for the motor, then the third is toughest to get to but in the far back. It may be necessary to lift up the carpet to gain access.

I bought this a while back when my AC stopped blowing. I checked the fuses and all the connections I can and it’s all good, the motor just stopped working. I replaced it with this one, and 6 weeks later I’m having the same problem. I apparently passed the return window by about a week, so I’m stuck with the dud.
