Perfect Fit in my 2008 Chrysler T&C as expected, easy install.

The motor works but it does not have a stop switch and does not wipe a full 180 degrees. It has more like a 135 degree sweep. Not having a stop switch means it runs continuously and stops right where you turn it off, even if it is right in the middle of the sweep. I wanted the kind that returned to its parked position when it is turned off like my original.

Was easy to install Wiper works great, however, does not have the delay.
I should have looked closer At the product description so that was my fault. Also motor is a little noisy.

Easy to install keep the rubber bushings as they are not included, but re-use the old ones. Its is ready to go and installed! I have a Dodge Grand Caravan 2014.
