Works perfectly. Installed on my 2000 Acura RL and so far so good.
Will update if product unexpectedly stops working in the near future.

See YouTube video for Acura RL door panel removal (rear essentially same as front). No need to remove glass from door for this job.
Disconnect 3 electrical connectors to separate door panel from door, then peel back insulation – try not to get that sticky goo on you (how is that stuff still so sticky on a 23 year old car?) Use GooGone if you do.
To remove old regulator, remove 2 bolts holding window to regulator, 4 holding regulator to door (2 higher up and 2 lower down), and loosen 3 bolts holding motor to door – all bolts are 10 mm. Lift window and support in up position with tape. Slide out old unit and slide in the new one.
Replace the bolts (be careful sliding window back down – note: you may need to temporarily reconnect the power to adjust the window slightly after putting in the new unit so the bolt holes line up with the door access holes), reconnect the electricals, replace the insulation sheet and door card. Done!
