I ordered one of these to replace my existing window regulator that failed after many years. Took it to my local Glass shop for installation and was told the part is defective. They installed it, but it just will not work. I returned it and got a replacement hoping it was a fluke, and gave the benefit of the doubt, but the second one was also defective. I ended up returning it and paying twice as much at a local Autozone, but at least that one worked.
