This pump sounds like it is low on steering fuild even during any type of movement of the steering wheel. Beware.

Pump has been noisy since it was installed but recently the pressure relief valve locked open and I had no power steering! I cannot recommend this pump at all. I am just glad my wife or son weren’t driving at the time.
