So for the first time, I ordered these parts from Amazon and not my regular auto parts guys. Why? Cause I thought it was a sweet deal. Turns out it’s not!
First P0054 reappeared on my vehicle indicating the same problem I had which caused me to purchase a new sensor. At which point I thought well I guess I need to check the entire wiring loom, well when I went to do so I started the vehicle and got a brand new code P0172. This indicated to me that it wasn’t the wiring but the sensors that I just replaced only 1 day prior so yeah they lasted 1 day. Both upstream and downstream sensors were now bad. When ar first I only needed to replace the downstream. But I thought it best to replace them both as manufacturers recommend and when I did I got junk sensors or mishandled sensors. Either way, they don’t work.
