Had purchased this wheel hub to replace my front passenger side wheel bearing as the previous one began to make griding noises, installed it, all seemed fine and smooth driving. However about a day or two later I had an ABS light go on and as a result my ESC, Traction Control, etc, were disabled.
I thought this was some computer issue or possibly something related to my brake system, so fast forward to this week, I finally decided to upgrade and purchase a diagnostic scanner that was capable of reading ABS system codes and upon looking at the error, it turns out the issue wasn’t anything computer or ABS system related, instead it presented me with a message that the Passenger Front Wheel ABS/Speed Sensor was the culprit..
So pretty much spent the afternoon wasting time taking apart my passenger wheel and double checking the install, checked the wiring, etc, and all is perfect, so ruled out any issues with the install/wiring, so that leaves the sensor itself is dead. So simply put, the ABS/Wheel Speed Sensor on this Wheel Hub Assembly failed in less than a week.
