A little bigger than my previous air filter. I managed to put it in place but honestly it doesn’t fit my Mercury Montego 2005.

Perfect fit and cheaper than having to pay for one with your oil change. IN my Ford Five-Hundred, changing this takes 2 minutes with no tools needed.

Basic filter dimensions were good for my Five Hundred but soft rubber frame was a bit too thick so housing cover would not fit down over filter without grinding some of the frame down at one end of the filter so you could close the cover.
Not recommended as a result. A careless correction would result in dirty air getting into engine. Would be a good filter otherwise.
