That is perfect, cost less than any auto parts in my region. The garage was asking $539.95 for the same part. Ans they all come from the same place.

Liked the product. Looked just like OEM pump. It’s a pain to install because you either have to drop the tank or cut a hole in the back deck. I cut a hole to access pump. Installed and it worked. Gas gauge read a little over a half tank. Drove 30 miles to work and on way home the car stopped running. It would not start. I thought I had done something wrong with installation. Got towed home from the interstate and had to pay $130 for the tow and spent 2 hours along the interstate waiting. When I got home I was curious, so I put some gas in the car and it started right up. Wow! What a waste of time and money. I relied on the gas gauge saying I had plenty of gas when, in fact, the tank was empty. Not sure if I will send it back and buy a different pump from Advance Auto or some place like that or just live with the faulty reading. I don’t want to run out of gas again and I sure don’t want to have to cut the back deck open again after I sealed it up with epoxy. That’s the chance you take when you buy parts like this. Glad there is a warranty. You might want to consider a different brand, model, supplier, whatever. Be educated and careful.

After the original OEM fails it’s really hit or miss to find good quality, durable and affordable aftermarket parts. When mine failed it was at a gas station, after filling the tank. No question I had to have the car towed home. The next day I heard the dealer say it’s a non-replaceable part. What?! How can every part on a car be replaceable EXCEPT the fuel pump? What are we supposed to do, ball the car up and toss it in a trash can? That’s how my journey began. This is the 2nd aftermarket replacement from normal wear and purchased using Amazon. As long as Amazon has sellers we will keep buying the part. The car has over 172k with an average life expectancy of 300k. I still love the car. It looks and runs good because the fuel pump works. It’s a no fuss replacement of the original OEM part because I prepped the car for future work. This is a different seller. If this pump works for as long as the last one then I’ll write another review in about 6 yrs. and that’s fine. My goal is to cross 300k along with all the other folks I see driving this old car.

Was perfect fit for stepsons fuel pump replacement. It arrived fast, packaged well and he’s very happy to be back on the road. Would absolutely recommend.
