This cabin filter fits my Lexus LS430 properly and does the job.

It fits the filter tray well- nice and snug. It has thin foam on the sides to help it seal. Quick, easy replacement for my old, grubby filter!
One thing to note is that it does not have an air flow direction arrow. However, after assessing the old filter, it goes in to the tray with the darker (charcoal) side facing down.
