Installed this on my daughters VOLVO and while putting the serpentine belt on the TORX fitting stripped. Very poor quality metal. It was a pain in the butt to put it in, now I have to do this all over again. Quit sending cheap garbage over here. Greg.

Before I even had the tensioner near the position to allow the belt to slip over the A/C pulley, the Torx screw stripped, and the spring snapped back and broke off the aluminum limiter on the back. With barely any force.
I’m writing this in order to contact the company and let them know that their product quality is well below expectation.

Good quality. Not OEM level but for the price it’s reasonable. Direct fit on a 2007 Volvo c30 T5.
2023 update: Metal is extremely poor quality. I removed it and as I was putting it back the tab holding the spring in place cracked. I now have to order a new one.
