These are stiffer than the common brand of these applicators. They feel closer to a stiff plastic than a pliable, rubber-like plastic, which may work well for your application. Because they are stiffer, the edge is also straighter, which is good for my application. (I use these to smooth out epoxy resin applied to artwork.)

I’m no expert on these, but they feel to be pretty well made and functional for their intended purpose.
They have a decent amount of flexibility but are soft and smooth enough not to scratch the work surface.
I don’t know what else to say. These are a pretty basic simple product that appear to be nearly identical from seller to seller.
