Despite their claims, it does not fit my 2016 Jetta.

The rubber gasket on our 2017 Jetta oil cap started to leak, so we ordered this (the LOBIUTIYA 80989 06B103485C Engine Oil Fill Cap) as we planned to use the gasket.
But in case it’s helpful, I thought I’d tell potential buyers about the cap itself. It does fit the 2017 Jetta, but the metal tabs are much thinner and they had rust on them when the cap arrived. Since we didn’t plan to use the cap, that didn’t matter to us, and the rubber gasket that comes on this is actually very nice quality and fit our Jetta oil cap perfectly with a nice tight fit.
If we had bought this to use as a cap, I’d have returned it – I don’t want rust in our oil or to risk having ta metal tab break off, but if you want a gasket for your oil cap, ours was perfect for this and cost about a quarter of what the actual VW cap would have cost from the dealer (we called and checked).
My score – 2 stars for the cap, 5 stars for the gasket.

It fits a 2012 A4 well and looks nice. Good to get a new clean cap on an older engine.
