Fit was great. Very good quality, performance, and really easy to install. Replaced the original with no problems at all.

I spent a lot of time trying to get this unit to work on my Cub Cadet mower, only to finally determine that the white-printed artwork on the unit was applied backwards in manufacture, leading to long delay in getting it installed right. Once I installed it “upside down” according to the labeling, it works OK. As another reviewer said, the detent spring does not hold and I have to tear it apart to remedy. Junk.

The detent spring inside of the unit is not strong enough for my Cub Cadet XT1 LT50 FAB. I had to rough up the friction surface inside the control and bend the detent spring to make it hold. I would send it back but I need the mower to be working. So much for buying the model with bad grammar. “Up and down fluently”. You mean fluidly?

The image was backwards for the throttle. Didn’t work even when I tried to flip it. Save yourself the headache & buy either directly from Cub Cadet or their Amazon store. Would not buy again. Absolute junk.
