The plus. Cable seems decent. We will see. Overall lenght seems spot on. Now for the bad..
Cable comes with the ball ends which is great because the one on the transmission broke. Unfortunately its totally the wrong size thread. Needs to be 1/4-28. This was way too small. So had to order new ball ends from another supplier.
Then it wouldnt clear the frame rail. The metal guide tube with the 90 degree bend is supposed to make the cable transition from sideways out of the trans towards the front where the shifter is. As can be seen in the photo with the factory one, the bend is way too gentle too less degrees and most importantly the bend starts several inches from where its supposed to. Result is the cable wanted to go through the shock absorber and frame rail.
Had to try to rebend the guide tube as best i could to clear. Looks awful but i suppose it works.
