I got this primarily to use as a dust remover for the inside surfaces of my car’s windshield as it’s a magnet for the super fine dust we have in the desert southwest that the cabin filter can’t always capture. This stuff gets everywhere and clings to the glass in a way that can produce some really bad glare under various driving conditions. This superfine dust has to be removed periodically and I wanted a handy way to deal with it that didn’t involve turning into a contortionist using paper towels or washcloth-sized microfiber cloths. This little tool gives you extra reach to do that and is particularly handy for steeply sloped windshields like the one on my 2020 Mustang. Where it falls short is in the overall quality and capability of the materials they used with it. The microfiber pads are super thin and don’t handle moisture well and work best dry for windshield cleaning as they streak like crazy when wet. The plastic handle isn’t very comfortable to use as the grip design means you end up with some part of your hand/fingers holding the sharp edges of the underside. The hinge point for the head is relatively loose and a little floppy, so you have to keep the head under tension with the angle for it to maintain enough contact to be able to work. This limits its practicality as an overall cleaning tool as advertised in the product description. It’s not an expensive gadget and you do get a set of 5 washable elastic microfiber pads to go with it but it’s a fairly basic thing at the end of the day.

This is a very cheap product and it shows. The cloths only smear the window cleaner, don’t stay on, and the part the cloths go on keeps popping off the handle while using. I would not reccomended this. I will now buy the more expensive better quality ones.
