Impressive quality and relatively easy install. I felt like an outlaw reading the instructions in Japanese stating “for use only in Japan.” Thinking about trying out for the next Fast and Furious movie!

Bolts in fairly easily. Recommend getting an 18mm wrench, an 8mm hex socket and one of those swivel elbows for your sockets as it’s a tight fit when putting the nuts back on the struts. It won’t make your car corner flat by any means, but I did notice more responsiveness to steering inputs and a more generally solid feel to the front of the car. Installed on an 2018 2.5i premium Forester with no problems.

You have to take the bar off to install, and the bolts are tricky to access on reinstall. Took 20 minutes total, noticed better cross wind resistance on the highway. Definitely felt firmer in the front after install, but don’t expect your SUV to suddenly handle like a sports car, that’s not what this does.
