This did not come with the attachment for the mitt to the pole
Kinda the whole purpose of this item is for that but oh well
It does come with some good accessories so I won’t return this
It is a very long pole so I can at least use it for the windows.
Overall this is not the best but it is budget friendly

Edit: I was using this wrong the extra mit was covering the attachment so I couldn’t see it.
Customer service helped me resolve this.

Really liked this product. The car wash mop did great. Loved the reach it gave. Was really able to get to every area. The wash mitt and the cloth worked very well. My disappointment came with the window squeegee. The washing portion worked OK. But when I when to squeegee the window, the mechanism would not stay locked, kept turning/moving. Couldn’t find the right angle for it to work. Luckily, I had another one that I could use, though without the reach this one could give me. Other than that, had a good experience.
