Everyone knows those ignition coil connectors are so damn brittle after 10 years that they snap when you touch them. I bought these, de-pinned them, and de-pinned the wires from the broken connectors on the ignition coils. I then slid the pins back into these new plastic shells. easy-peasy, and although the zip tie trick is faster, you don’t have to hide your face when you take the car to a shop.

Was in a bind so I ordered these cause they had the fastest delivery date. Two of the six couplers couldn’t keep the terminals in place because the retaining section was broken. Could not return because I had already installed a couple of them. Wasn’t going to redisassemble those just to get $20 back. Needed the car to run more than I needed the money back. If you are in a hurry and need to be sure you are getting enough good couplers, order two sets. Honestly, for the price, it’s ok.

While removing a coil connector to replace the coil, I broke the plastic part of the connector. I purchased this and disassembled it to use the plastic housing with the wires from the original connector. Works great!
