I made it work but that’s because I have an array of tools to do so. The threads weren’t tapped correctly, led to leaks. The fuel line is weak, I wouldn’t count on it. It doesn’t come with both gaskets (each side of carb) only intake manifold side. It didn’t have (nor is it pictured) the air breather elbow gasket. But I gave two stars because I got it to be functional with my taps and dies, and gasket material and a bit of knowledge on how to tune them. It wasn’t set to a functional setting out of the box for me.
